The Charity Care Program is for permanent residents of Wilson County or patients with a true medical emergency seen in our ER. To qualify for this program you must first exhaust all other methods of funding your care, state & federal. The following eligibility factors are considered:
- Houshold Income
- Family Size
- Employment Status & Future Earning Potential
- Additional Cash Resources
- Outstanding Financial Obligations, e.g. loans
- The Total Amount & Frequency of Meidcal Bills Incurred
- Spend Down of Available Resources
