As of December 18, 2019, Dr. Leila Peterson, Family Medicine, will no longer practice under Connally Memorial Medical Center (CMMC). During her remaining time with CMMC she will continue to see existing patients. After December 18, 2019, CMMC will remain the custodian of your medical record.
