Visit Connally Memorial Convenient Care! If your concern is more immediate or you need to be seen after-hours, please visit our Convenient Care at 13857 US Highway 87 W in La Vernia. They will be able to assist you right away. You have the option of scheduling an appointment or just coming on in! Call (830) 393-1400 to schedule or if you have more questions for the staff. The Connally Memorial Convenient Care is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
