The Consolata Healthcare Foundation is named for Sister Mary Theresa Consolata, who initially managed Wilson Memorial Hospital and the Sisters of Divine Providence.
Established in 2004 as a 501 (c)3 organization, the Consolata Healthcare Foundation’s sole purpose is to raise funds for medical equipment that benefits and enhances the services of Connally Memorial Medical Center.

The Consolata Healthcare Foundation is dedicated to advancing the mission of Connally Memorial Medical Center by securing philanthropic support for medical technology, equipment, and facility enhancements. Through responsible stewardship and community partnership, we strive to ensure access to high-quality, modern healthcare for all residents of Wilson County and surrounding areas. In honoring the legacy of Sister Mary Consolata and the Sisters of Divine Providence, we remain committed to sustaining a tradition of compassion, excellence, and innovation in rural healthcare.

Through sustained commitment and stewardship, the Consolata Healthcare Foundation honors the legacy of Sister Mary Consolata by fostering innovation, improving access to advanced medical technologies, and enhancing the overall quality of life across the region.
