The Home Health Services Department provides a wide variety of services including skilled nursing care and homemaking available 24/7 in the comfort of your own home. We have a registered nurse available on call twenty-four hours a day. For the last ten years our department has helped hundreds of patients recuperate from surgery, illness, or injury. We help you learn more about the disease process, provide post-stroke therapy, and monitor your medication regimen.
We are fully licensed and certified under local, state, and federal laws and we are an approved Medicare and Medicaid provider. We provide care in Wilson, Atascosa, Karnes, Gonzalez, Guadalupe, and Bexar counties. Speak to your physician regarding a doctor’s order to receive our services.
