Linda Dunn, R.N., is CMMC’s Infection Control & Employee Health Nurse
She manages all TB Testing and Vaccination Records, standard precaution and Employee Health/Injuries/Exposures for Connally Memorial Medical Center.Dunn has worked at CMMC since 2011 when she began as a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit.
Dunn has been a nurse since 1986.
“And to this day, I still enthusiastically enjoy it! I come from a long line of nurses,” she said. “My mother, grandmother, two great-grandmothers, a sister and an uncle were all nurses. Nursing is in my blood!”
Raised in Floresville, Dunn’s Floresville roots are deep.
“My grandmother was “Hamburger Hilda” and quite famous for her burgers,” Dunn said. “Everyone knew my grandma!”
Helping to helping the community is Dunn’s passion.
“I love working at CMMC because I love to take care of people, especially the elderly. My focus is on wellness through education. There is so much to learn about staying healthy and I am eager to share it.”
