Temporary Relocation

Connally Memorial Family Practice of Dr. Matthew Hendley

During the 7 month renovation of the Connally Memoiral Medical Office Building, Dr. Matthew Hendley (497 10th St. Suite 101, Floresville, TX 78114) will be temporarily moving to 104 Turner Lane, Floresville, TX  78114 across from RBFCU bank near Jacks Café.

August 22^nd & 23^rd – Moving Days: On these days CMMC will move the current Family Practice to their new temporary location. We will do our utmost best to make the change as quickly as possible to limit the inconvenience to our patients and visitors.

August 26^th – Dr. Hendley Family Practice will start operating from their new temporary location.
