Dr. Morehead is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and a member of the American College of Surgeons, Texas Medical Association and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Morehead was born in Fort Worth, Texas and is a graduate of Austin College in Sherman, Texas. He obtained his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, and completed his surgical residency at Mercer University at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. He resides in Wilson County with his wife and 2 children. He is dedicated to providing the community with quality surgical care close to home.
